Returns and Refunds
We take great care and attention to our products in order to bring you complete satisfaction. If, however, you are not convinced of your choice, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to change your mind and return the goods at your expense, except s 'it is a delivery error or a proven defect on our part. Personalized items, or items that have been worn, cannot be returned or withdrawn in accordance with Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.

You will have to return your order, in perfect condition for resale. It should therefore not have been worn, washed or stained. If a free item or other gift was offered or sent with the product you want to return, it must be returned at the same time, under penalty of not processing your refund request, and the cost of returning to your domiciled in your load.
The return of goods must be made in a letter followed at least (with tracking number), taking care to protect the item (s), to the address below:

Upon receipt of your return and subject to their compliance, we will reimburse the products by crediting via the means of payment used for the transaction.
